I think a useful addition might be to link the Bug mailing list entries to the online report. Especially for FRs. That way all discussion threads on a particular feature request or bug report could be easily viewed.
Otherwise there is a "disconnect" between the info us beta guys offer RS here, and that presented on the web forms.
