Yep - either the airport antenna is not connected at all or is not
connected all the way.
Could be something else as well ( interference at that location,
microwave oven etc). However, the last two clients who ordered Mac
Pro's from us in a special config had that issue when we received
them from Apple. We caught it before they went out the door but you
may want to check it.
Also, if you are running an Airport Base Station as a router, you may
want to change it's channel from 11 to either 14 or 8 and see if that
makes a difference.
