In trying to build to PEF for 9-X compatibility, I found I could not
run the project in Classic. Under Get Info, there was no "Classic"
checkbox to permit this. Further checking showed that the
application was built as a package, not single-file, implying that
it's really Mach-O.
I am not getting this with test projects, nor some older projects
that have no plugins. Then I opened an older version of my project,
which use the same plugins, and again I appear to have no problem.
So this really has me stumped.
I originally posted this on the beta list, but it appears to have
nothing to do with that, as I see the issue on r2.
