Hi Folks,
I've spent a bit of time over the weekend playing around with variations on the
"IDE Scripting" thing and have run into a number of issues. Primarily, the
current project doesn't properly recognize the contents of a Scripts folder as
it should when loading a project.
It appears that if I do place the scripts into the Scripts folder within the
IDE's folder (i.e.: /Applications/REALbasic 2006 Release 4/Scripts), the
scripts
are always available. However, when I create a Scripts folder in the same
folder as a working project(i.e.: /Users/tjones/Development/RBProjects/
MyProject/Scripts), saving a script while the project is open doesn't show the
script in the File->IDE Scripts menu.
If you exit the IDE and restart opening the previous project, the script(s)
will
show up in the menu until the first time you build the project. Once you build
the project or edit the script and save it, the script will not be in the menu.
