Returns True if only one of bExp1 and bExp2 is False
Example:
  If a XOR b Then
Now:
  If Not a And b Or a And Not b Then

Simplified:
 If Not (a = b) Then

I did mention the other one, but thanks for this (obvious) one. Two down.
