Does this mean that RS internally ( via RB ) is already building dylibs etc in pure RB ? Or does that part of the framework simply get built as RB methods/classes and "linked" directly with the app being written ?
Surely this means that a future version of RB ought to be able to generate dylibs, DLLs etc from RB code too ?. that would make me an EXTREMELY happy camper :) On 12/10/06 22:40, "Mars Saxman" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > On Oct 12, 2006, at 2:36 PM, Daniel Stenning wrote: > >> The RB IDE, for sure - I was referring to the runtime frameworks. > > Fair bits of the runtime frameworks are written in RB, too. > > Mars Saxman > REAL Software > _______________________________________________ > Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: > <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> > > Search the archives of this list here: > <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html> > _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives of this list here: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html>
