Maybe he wants to display a picture of something on the screen and
say "Actual Size".
When someone posts a question here there could be any number of
reasons why they want to do what they're doing, and they seldom give
a thorough explanation of why their wants came into being. It really
doesn't matter...a question is a question.

If you just want a scalable result (roughly one inch on a "standard"
display, one inch on the printed page), just use 72 (Windows) or 92

screen, and PrinterSetup.HorizontalResolution, VerticalResolution

printer.
