Also the PortMIDI classes in MBS are very helpful as well. It's best
for handling the tricky nature of buffering continuous controller
messages. And it works cross platform.

Else you may try the MBS Plugins with:
- Midi on Mac OS X classes
- Midi on Windows classes
- Midi classes for crossplatform (including Linux)
