I disagree. I think that the mask should be able to add the literal
"(" text character automatically on the first numeric entry as it
does when it appends the ")", space and hyphen during the course of
entry. The current operation doesn't respond to a numeric entry and
the leading "(" literal is not intuitive IMHO.
If you look at the editfield in the IDE when making the mask, the
leading literal appears in the editfield. On an IDE run, however, it
is not there. This might be a bug.
