Well I tried it again just to make sure and it creates a .bin file that I
open with stuffit.  The subsequent application has no extension and appears
as a document.  So I add .app to it and the 'get info' says it's a classic
application.  The icon has that circle slash and it refuses to open giving
me a "you cannot open... Is not supported on this system."

Again I'm compiling from WinXP pro with RB06pro.
