Right,
What norman is trying to tell you is that if you are using the UB
version of the IDE, then you also need to be using a UB version of
the DBF plugin. i386 binaries cannot load PPC plugins and vice versa...

When you start RB does it load ?
You can tell if it does if you open Console on OS X and see what
messages get reported when you start RB
It may not be UB if you using the UB IDE
RB emits the compile error for all 4 Mac OS
