Works for files in Version Control format (.rbbas and .rbfrm),
plus you can select REALbasic from the Languages menu at any
time.  To install, just drag REALbasic.plist into

<userdir>/Library/Application Support/TextWrangler/Language
Modules

Because I'm curious...
Why would you need to edit source files in another text editor?
