Yes it does. Make sure the focus is on the function in the function
list (on the left) has a blue foreground instead of greyed out.
Works like a charm.
Copy and paste.

Why would you need to edit source files in another text editor?
In my case, I'm writing RB articles/tutorials, and if I save my
RB project in version control format and open it up in
TextWrangler, I not only save my overloaded G3 some RAM, I also
can cut and paste entire methods, including the function
declaration. The IDE only gives me the body of the method, not
the part that says "Private Sub Foo(bar As Object)".
