one static tab with a webviewer that has it's url hardcoded to

I was thinking of the rendering of 3rd-party controls and the
possibility of them having interactive presentation, being live in
an IDE mode.
Once that mechanism was added, it would be a small step to allow
for controls to provide new UI functions to the IDE.
For example, another such control might be a graphical class browser.
