Have you considered making a custom Canvas subclass? It shouldn't be
too hard to make a Canvas that displays three images (a 'disabled' image,
an 'enabled-mouse-up' image, and an 'enabled-mouse-down' image)
That would surely work, but I am not it could have the correct style for the
OS the program is running on.
Does anybody have a solution for that? Is there a class that is able to have
the correct style on themed Windows, plain Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux?
