I'm not sure if everyone has already been thinking what I'm thinking,  
but as a quick fix, Spotlight makes it very easy to get rid of those  
temp files...  Just type in "TempSave" and it finds all of them, and  
then in the Spotlight window, highlight them all and drag them to the  
trash.
