What has more usefulness ? Generating plugins for RB ? I am not sure - I think there would be much more benefit from being able to generate any kind of DLL or dylib.
Having said that I think it would be a relatively small step for RS to then add a feature to generating RB plugin DLLS, once the basic DLL features were in place.
