The only difference I noticed is the "essays" menu already
selected in home page with Safari. Other than that, absolutely no
difference. Using Camino or Firefox instead, I get the white
border as you described. But both Camino and Firefox doesn't use
WebKit and therefore this doesn't count.
I also built the Cocoa MiniBrowser and the CarbonWeb examples of
Apple Dev Tools and, again, nothing changes. For me, HTMLViewer,
Safari, MiniBrowser and CarbonWeb look exactly the same at pixel
level.
