Someone posted a comment that Cocoa would be too heavy weight. If that would be true - I meanwhile read, that iPhone will come with Cocoa an CoreGraphics - RB would be much too heavy weight. The RB framework adds a significant amount of additional CPU cycles by mapping RB's lib to native libs.

Thus, I wonder, if a slow PDA CPU would be able to run any such framework.

BTW: I don't think that Cocoa is a heavy abstraction layer.
