[RANT]

Hi.

I wanted to upgrade my update plan for RB Pro, and was redirected to
those dorks of Application System Heidelberg for Germany. Under "News"
they still list RB 2006 r3, and on the start page they list RB 5.

This, sadly, signals how keen they are to represent REAL for us non-US
customers. Thank you, ASH and REAL for treating us Europeans as third class
citizens.

I cannot even buy the update via credit card. I need to send them
money in advance through a bank transfer, or they send me the invoice by snail mail, I pay them, and once they received the money, they eventually send me a mail with the serial. This is plain stupid. Earlier, I reverted to Nova Int. but they are
no longer listing RB.

So, once more, REAL makes it WAY WAY WAY more complicated for me to
pay my update than it once was. If you absolutely must work with a
reseller, then do it with someone who's competent, and not the ASH sleepy
heads.

If REAL would provide me a way of sending this feedback to their sales
department, I would have done that. But on their website, I cannot find
any clear way of doing that. Using the feedback system, filing a "bug report"
about that seems stupid to me.

Anyway. This is my yearly rant. Maybe I should buy the two years plan,
so I need to vent some steam only every second year.
