This *** IS *** a RB issue for a lot of users who use RB to deploy client apps that work with MySQL. Especially so since it would appear the change in the MySQL plugin with recent releases has fundamentally changed the licensing for RB users who work with MySQL.
Understanding the implications and resolving the issues surrounding licensing is as important as, and potentially more expensive than, any code issues.
