Not so ... While that would be true for CellTextPaint, but
CellBackgroundPaint fires even if no rows exists - which is why I
suggested it.
If you don't believe me:
1) New Project
2) Drag a new listbox onto the default window . DON'T create ant rows
or put any data in it.
3) in CellBackgroundPaint put Beep
4) Run
You hear a beep...
