I bought a copy of the SWF Plug-in about 2 years ago. It does have a
few bugs that take away some of it's functionality. It does not work
with anything higher than RB 5.5.5. It produces a runtime failure in
RB 2005+ when used in any way. Micono has not responded to any of my
emails so it is not likely to be updated.
If you would like a copy, please send me an email and I will send it
to you. You will still have to purchase a license however. I think
his Kagi order page is still available somewhere.

I still couldn't find the SWF plugin he mentioned though, but I've
now got a copy of all his stuff for posterity's sake, and have
emailed him asking if he is interested in open sourcing these plugins.
