Thanks, Charles -- and to the others who have volunteered to fill this
void. Any list would be better than no list, but since we seem to have
half a dozen voluteers already (now THAT'S community spirit!), let's
take a quick survey so we can hopefully very quickly settle on the best
solution for all. Those who want to volunteer a replacement, would you
kindly let us know the answers to the following:

1. Does your server have the capacity to handle lists this large and
busy? Plenty of disk space, fast connection to the internet? If it's
a shared host, is the host owner going to get grumpy at all the
bandwidth you're suddenly using?

2. Do you have a REALbasic-related domain name, or the ability to use
one if we decide to register a new one (e.g. realbasic-fans.org)?

3. How long has your server been around, and more to the point, how
likely is it to stick around for many years to come?

4. Will your proposed mailing list be able to run without ads, or
requiring membership on Yahoo/Google/etc.?

That's all I can think of at the moment... thanks again to all who are
showing such a helpful, supportive attitude!

Best,
- Joe
