I'd agree
In a former life I used to work for a big company and when we looked
at tools we looked at things like the community surrounding a
particular tool.
This included looking at things like third party add ons, third party
tools, and the support community around the tool.
It's one reason I view this move the way I do and it's not entirely
positive.
