In a forum post can be removed and threads can be locked or
deleted... I have to wonder if that is not a big factor in the
decision...
If so the heart of the RB community is gone... how can we as group
make our voices really heard if we are isolated by such practices...
Maybe it's inevitable that we matter less as RS grows and it wants
more control ... but I really don't think they understand what they
are losing or how they are altering the relationship with their most
loyal users.
This list has a big factor with my sticking with RB despite all the
bugs and bumps of the last few years... With it gone I don't know if
I will stick with it... The Forum is just not a substitute for the
mailing list for so many different reasons...
