I have sent a confirmation two times. My spam filter is OK. Could it
be that my provider blocks declaresub.com?

When you subscribe you get sent a confirmation
If you have not sent the confirmation back check your spam filters
as a few people have found that the confirmation was being blocked
by a spam filter
Once you send the confirmation back you should get email from the
new list
