I use build scripts that basically are like this
dim cd as string
cd = "~/bin/CocoaDialog.app/Contents/MacOS/CocoaDialog "
s = buildApp(8)
s = doshellcommand(cd + "bubble --title ""Universal Build"" --text
""Universal Version Built"" --timeout 2")
s = doshellcommand("touch /Path/To/Folder/")
s = doshellcommand("touch /Path/To/Folder/appName.app")

Just copy your newly compiled app bundle to an another folder.
My own workaround is: select and drag the app bundle and press
the alt key at the same time to a new folder..
