Right. How about RS giving me some incentive for reporting bugs, like releasing minor updates (that fixes reported bugs) for free? It's unpleasant enough to encounter a bug, as it usually cost me at least a few hours of productivity. If it were a TV that has 'a bug' (like the volume knob isn't working), I'd return it and either get my money back or I get a replacement that does work properly.
