Yep.  I can select my app, but once I do, it does not appear in the  
programs list, so I can't really select it.

Parallels Desktop VM, I've tried selecting copies of the app on the  
virtual HD and a network share, no joy.

I cannot find this disable checkbox.  Any idea where it is, so I can  
explain it to people in the manual?
