There is a difference between things that are purposely undocumented
because RS doesn't want to commit to them, and thingns that are
undocumented simply because they are prehistoric (i.e. predate anyone
on the engineering and documentation staff) and have simply been
overlooked. Most of the templates in question fall into the latter
category, I believe. So feature requests to have them documented are
appropriate.

I don't think that happens much anymore; they have good procedures
(like detailed release notes, which seem to be read by the
documentation staff) for getting new features into the docs. The main
problem seems to be obscure prehistoric features.
