Hi all, REALbasic 2007 Release 1 Pro for Mac OS X 10.4.9
I just spend around ten minutes (in three times/attempts) to just find how to name the Tabs of a TabPanel! Guess where you can do that ? a. Select the TabPanel, b. Click in the Appearance, Panels: (Tabs) <…> entry! Do you believe that ? No, I can’t! What I found very quickly is: <language reference quote> TabPanel.Caption Function Allows you to get or set the caption of the specified tab at runtime. The first tab is numbered zero. Syntax: result = TabPanel.Caption( Index ) Parameters: Index Integer Return Value Result: String </language reference quote> I was ready to place in the TabPanel Open even code to do that when I clicked (like a fool) in the ellipsis character of Appearance, Panels: (Tabs)... Am I the only one to find that counter intuitive ? Cheers, Emile PS: in the old time, was there some ellipsis character in the "Tab" ? _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html>
