I think we're reading Monkeybread's licensing structure differently.

28.56 Euro (with VAT)
This is paid per developer's seat -- not the number of end user's of
the program. So if you're developing on one machine and deploying to
100,000 machines, your cost is (at most) 95.20 Euro.
Or at least. That's how I read it. (I haven't needed his plug-ins
for my projects so I'm not a customer of his. But everyone speaks
very highly of them.)
