Because sometimes you work on more than one project at a time and in  
some projects you use one bunch and in another you use a different set ?

Or my personal favorite where one client uses one version of MBS  
plugins and another uses a newer set so they cannot both co-exist in  
the plugins folder any ways ?

It's not hard to imagine any one of several scenarios that make this  
something one needs to do
