Thanks Norman, I have played around with video grabbing over the last few years, but have never found a way of streaming video to a remote computer at a reasonable frame rate with minimal latency. iChat seems to do both of these things reasonably well and I was hoping it was possible to use the iChat engine to do all the hard work (capture - encode and send).
Any ideas?
