There is a downside to this behaviour, however, if one isn't careful when handling those fields that can contain long, multiline initial values. Tabbing into those fields causes the "..." to disappear which makes little sense as one cannot edit many of these effectively without opening up the larger, multiline window. Clicking on an initial value field now opens the "..." window automatically in r2 whereas it didn't in r1 and earlier. So, in that regard, it has been fixed somewhat. Most of the others, such as column widths in a listbox, still behave poorly on clicking. So, I guess it has been partially fixed (changed) in r2.
