Just like in RB. Define methods as usual and name them Constructor
or class name.

There are only 7 examples in the SDK and none of them have
overloaded constructors. The only other plugin source code
examples I have are the PNG Utilities and the TT Plugin Starter. I
learn best by example, but there are very few examples to work
with, and the documentation is incomplete or in some cases inaccurate.
I think all they are saying is to create several regular method
definitions for your class.
Just name them "Constructor"
A constructor in RB is just a method anyways
