Makes no difference, if I post there a issue, it all comes up in
"View posts since last time" everyone get it, which is not the
right audience group for it.
You assume that everyone reads the forums using that mechanism. If
this is an issue, we would be experiencing it already because new
users can't filter out advanced topics in all of the other forums.
I don't feel there is an issue.
And there's already alternate mailings list being set up by the
mailing list groups
