Hi...my name's Maria and I could use some advice. I'm just starting out, having been in the business only a few months now, and I need some motivated seller leads. I'd previously sent out several newspaper ads for some leads, but that didn't work out so great for me. It cost me more than I could afford at the moment and I didn't even get one lead. A real estate friend of mine suggested I use the affiliate program at the We-Buy-and-Sell-Homes site, but I don't know. It's the first I'd heard of them and I want to see what others think first. Has anyone ever used this site? If so, how'd it work out for you?
