We pretty much fit the request. One program stops at 12 months but the other will go to 24.
Our main program stops at $250K while the other program can go much higher. No up front fees, no credit check on the 12 month program (24 month program does pull credit but the score is not a determining factor). Size of the loan is driven from the value of the property. Nothing more than that. Traditional hard money.
