This could be caused by a bottleneck in the bandwith.
That was what caused the same symptomps on our G2 server.

Is there anyone out there experiencing "lock-up" of the video image when
streaming G2 SureStreams? We are having no problems what-so-ever with
single-rate streams, but ALL video SureStreams tests have eventually
resulted in a FROZEN IMAGE WHILE THE AUDIO CONTINUES TO RUN NORMALLY IN
THE BACKGROUND - yet there is no indication of a drop in bit-rate or
frame-rate. There are no "network congestion" warnings, etc.
We are currently running Basic Server and using RealPlayer version
6.0.6.99. Any ideas would be appreciated.
