I would have to second this motion.  Real Video is by far the best
technology there is on the web for streaming video, but there are those
people who just won't have any part of it simply because there's a plugin
that has to be manually downloaded, and they either don't want to take the
time to DL it, or they think (rather, they underestimate) that their viewers
won't take the time to DL it...  The same goes for Flash/Shockwave -- it's a
fabulous technology, but because there are plugins to install, they don't
want anything to do with it (which is a tragedy in and of itself!!)...
Macromedia is making strides in auto-installing their shockwave plugins,
thus making them idiot-proof -- Real should do the same thing!
