Is there a way stream a live presentation where the timing of SMIL 'slides' is controlled on the fly, rather than being driven by a predetermined timeline? For example, a speaker is featured in a live video stream in one region and a slideshow in another region is controlled on the fly, based on where the speaker is at in the presentation. Does SMIL allow for a flexible timeline? Can you the presenter stop and start the presentation, or is the timing always dependent on when the client starts their player, or clicks for the presentation to begin? Thanks.
