I think you should be able to pull this off pretty easily.  Using dual
encoders on the same box is fairly common.  You just have to have two
soundcards/video capture boards installed in the same machine, and that
will allow you to launch and run two copies of the RealProducer
application simultaneously, ... (you might need to have two seperate
installations of it, though. -- I'm not sure)  In addition, you'll want to
split the audio/video signal coming from your playback/recording device
using some kind of Y-spliter, and then send the two feeds (which would be
identical) to the seperate audio/video inputs of the two devices.
