Honestly, I've never actulaly tried this configuration (one audio feed and one
video feed in the same box) I am only assuming that it would work 
relatively the
same as when encoding just audio.

Hmmm.. perhaps I was the one who misunderstood. Sounds like you need to do some
kind of bandwidth negotiation for this too.  That might be kinda tricky.

My best recommendation at this point would be for you to join the Real 
Developer
program for $99, and to speak with one of the tech support guys over at real
networks.  I've found that they're generally pretty pleasant to talk to and
helpful overall.   I'm near certain they'll be able to help you get this setup
working.
