Which is the best video capture card to get? I'm running a Pentium 3 machine with 256 MB RAM and about a 400mhz processor. I'm at this moment using Premiere 4.2 but want to upgrade (not my choice) and what software to run with it (or by the grace of God does Premere 5.0 come with any of these?). And any recommendation on even VCR types to get. I also have access to a G3 with 256 MB RAM if the Mac has better equipment available. Thank you Charles
