The SureStream video file will contain the following:
a 34kbps stream;
a 20kbps stream;
a 15kbps stream;
and a 12 kbps stream.
The 56k stream only has the 34kbps stream. The additional streams in the
SureStreamed file give us additional streams to fall back on in cases of
extreme duress.
