Oops, a typo and clarification:
make sure the web server maps the .rpm file extension to the
"audio/x-pn-realaudio-plugin" mime type,
or else add type="audio/x-pn-realaudio-plugin" (note the equals, not minus
sign) to your embed tag.
I also noticed that the URL in your rpm file is "ntsp://..." and not
"rtsp://..."
