Subject: phone based automation software?

Does anyone here know of any phone based automation software for the Win95
platform? More specifically, I'm looking for a way to remote control my
servers using a standard touchtone phone, -- almost like a voicemail system,
only that would allow me to launch programs & trigger events when typing in
specific pre-programmed numeric codes. Here's an example scenario:

1) While monitoring one of my servers that I have running out of my home, I
notice that it has stopped responding.

2) I pick up the phone and dial a phonenumber.

3) A voicemail-like system answers the phone, rattles off a list of options,
and then prompts me to type in a numeric code that corresponds to a specific
action (ie: shutdown & reboot)

Obviously, if the machine is totally frozen, it's unlikely that the modem
would even respond, .. but in actuality, this rarely happens. I'm just
having some other problems with the machine "falling asleep" every once in a
while, and I need a way to wake it up that bypassses the standard TCP/IP
method. I would imagine that something like this has to exist somewhere out
there. Anyone know if it does? If so, where might I find it?

thanks,
