Isn't it kind of silly to be looking for these kinds of very complicated and,
I'm sure, quirky sorts of solutions to this when there is a right way to do
this
already? If you switch your server OS to Linux or even NT (with the right
command-line utilities installed), you'd be able to telnet to the server and
check on its health, restart the RealServer processes remotely, or even restart
the box (which would not be likely to be necessary on Linux).
I don't mean to put down Win95, but simply to note that you could run an OS
more
suited to being a server on the same hardware you already have, and your remote
admin problem would go away.
